USPS is operating as normal, however some packages are experiencing delays up to 1-3 business days in some areas. 

U.S shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days. (Mon-Fri)

This Does NOT include processing time, which is approximately 3-5 business days on regular orders. This excludes bundle or wholesale orders. Please refer to the specific listing you're interested in purchasing for further information pertaining to processing & shipping timeframes. 


For Insufficient Addresses: If your package is shipped back to us due to an insufficient address being provided at checkout, you will have to pay an additional fee. We usually reach out once to verify your correct address via email and if we receive no response. It is out of our hands and you are obligated to pay for additional delivery fees.

Lexx Beauty Shop LLC is NOT responsible for ANY lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping. United States Postal Services (USPS) or UPS MUST be contacted if any packages are lost , stolen, damaged or for any shipping inquires after items have been shipped. 

Contact USPS to File a Claim if your items are lost, stolen or damaged. 

CHOOSING PRIORITY MAIL GUARANTEES PACKAGES ARE INSURED VIA USPS up to $100, ALSO IF PACKAGES ARE LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING YOU'LL BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT THROUGH USPS, NOT Lexx Beauty Shop LLC !

After Your Order Has been Shipped, it is out of our possession & the carrier you selected at checkout MUST be contacted to locate your package if you are experiencing any shipping delays. https://www.usps.com

If your tracking number has not updated for an extended time, please be aware that the carrier that you chose at checkout has your package and you will need to contact them for any further updates using the tracking number that was emailed to you.

Lexx Beauty Shop LLC will not be able to update you on your tracking once your package leaves our possession. Lexx Beauty Shop LLC does not work for the carrier companies & is not responsible for damaged goods upon arrival due to the carrier. Please contact your local post office (USPS) or UPS to file a claim or in regards to compensation for damaged, lost or stolen items. 

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped the earliest, within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our shop.This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number or through Etsy. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your correct address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to re-deliver to the accurate address provided by you.


REFUND POLICY

Return Policy/COVID-19 Update

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns of any products. This policy is to take into effect immediately. Once a product has left our shop, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.

We DO NOT Exchanges, Order Cancelations or Returns.

Once an order is placed, we WILL NOT cancel any orders due to a "Change of Mind" or any reason. Once you check out and pay, you agree to our no refunds policy.

All Sales are Final Sale. No Exceptions. 

Please make sure you order the correct items. 

If for some reason you received the wrong items, please contact us via email within 24hrs of receiving your package so we can promptly resolve the issue. Hi

What is the policy on coupons and discount codes?

All coupons/discount codes used on orders are honored under the discretion of the company. Unauthorized usage of discount codes may result in a full refund of your entire purchase and or a temporary hold/delay in an order. For any questions regarding coupons/discount codes, feel free to email us lexxbeautyshop@gmail.com


How will my order be shipped?

You will have the option to select the best carrier of your choice. We offer varies options, mainly, USPS or UPS at checkout. All products are calculated and weighed directly through these carriers, pricing is accurate.



Are you able to ship your products out Internationally?

Yes, Worldwide! Please select UPS as the carrier. If selecting USPS, choose one of the following: Priority Mall Express International or Priority Mail International. These shipping options are the only ones that issue guaranteed tracking numbers. 
Customs duties, import fees, taxes etc. are the obligation of the customer. 


Lexx Beauty Shop LLC are not responsible nor will be held liable for fees post shipment. If these fees are not paid by the buyer and a package is returned to us, you will be required to pay a percentage restocking fee if the product is not wanted or a second shipping fee to reship your package.
